Promo Overview

  1. Promo Period: April 15, 2025 – June 30, 2025
  2. Entry Deadline: June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM
  3. Raffle Draw Date: July 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM
  4. Draw Venue: To be done online and witnessed by a DTI representative

Who can join?

  • New, current, and previous Unistar customers nationwide (BNI, pre-owned or repo customers only).
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Must have purchased or applied for financing of a motorcycle from Transcycle or Powercycle via Unistar at any branch.
  • Employees of Transcycle, Unistar Credit and Financing Corp., and affiliated agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to join.

How to Join

  1. Participants must complete the official Google Form, providing:
    • Full Name (must match the records from their transaction with Transcycle or Unistar)
    • Complete Address
    • Updated / Active Mobile Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Motorcycle Model
    • Motorcycle Type (Brand-New, Pre-Owned, Repossessed)

2. One entry per customer only. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Transcycle and Unistar.

Prizes

Grand Prize: 1 Brand-New Honda Winner X Standard (SRP: ₱123,900). LTO Registration shall be shouldered by the winner.

  1. Consolation Prizes: 10 winners of a 1-year supply of motor oil.
  2. Winners can claim their free motor oil change from any of the 277 Transcycle / Powercycle branches nationwide.

Raffle Draw & Winner Selection

  1. The raffle draw will take place on July 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM via online Raffle Draw using Random.org, under the supervision of a DTI representative.
  2. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of valid entries.
  3. The official list of winners will be announced within 1 week via Transcycle’s official Facebook page, SMS, call, and email

How to Claim Prizes

  1. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  2. To claim the prize, winners must present:
    • A valid government-issued ID (matching the name in Transcycle/Unistar records)
    • A copy of their motorcycle purchase contract, financing agreement, or transaction receipt
    • The official SMS or email notification confirming their win
  3. If claiming through a representative, the following must be submitted:
    • A notarized authorization letter
    • A photocopy of the winner’s valid ID and the representative’s valid ID
  4. For consolation prize winners (1-year supply of motor oil):
    • Winners must visit any of the 277 Transcycle / Powercycle branches to avail of their free motor oil change.

They must present a valid ID and proof of winning at the branch.

Terms and Conditions

  • Transcycle reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entries in violation of the promo mechanics.
  • In the event of any dispute, Transcycle’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • Employees of Gentrade International Philippines Incorporated, Powercycle Incorporated and Unistar Credit and Finance Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • The raffle draw results are final and cannot be contested.
  • Providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification.
  • Transcycle reserves the right to modify or cancel the promo with prior DTI approval.
